| If you sort out all the TARIC code stuff and get them to send the correct number of copies of the invoice with the goods, all coded up and with the correct declarations on then there should not be a handling charge. It's when they get a package where they don't know what the contents are and have to sort out the declarations and customs clerances themselves that they apply the charges. Generally sent by ignorant fcukwits who don't find out the info before hand then moan when they get charged.
