| thanks chaps, i just changed mine and ballsed it up, think i'll get some 3.6v batteries cos i was surprised how little time it took before i needed to change the battery from new.

| I changed mine and found the previous dives were wiped from memory. I changed the battery in quick time but I think the capacitor in the VR3 is probably a bit old or has a dry joint or something. Mines 3 - 4 years old now so I guess htis is expected. At least I can still see all the lines on the display though. I just use the Duracell ones, as I can source them locally, and only use the light if I need it. |
