Update
VR£ now on its way back to me. Due to damage to screen and I/O port,. There was no obvious external damage.

I agree the people at Delta P were great to deal with but it has taken them the guts of 3 weeks to repair it- apparently everyone is having their computers upgraded or something.

Good news the bill was "only" £89.00 including shipping; I was fearing a lot more.

(must get a spare one )

i have just had my 2 upgraded to VPMB software, there are allot of the old 3.03a that need to be upgraded and some need the extra memory its costing £390 on average, so they do have allot of work on

Just an update and a BIG thanks to Delta P.
I have just got the invoice through and despite replacing the screen, the circuit board and the I/O port - i.e. nearly everything except the case, they charged me just for a "health check". At the same time the software was updated to 5.03aC.

Great kit and service - just hope it doesn't need it again
