Question Apeks Quantum battery

I have read the Apeks Quantum specifications but I can't find out if the battery can be changed by the user or if it has to be taken to an Apeks dealer to do the job?

It is user changable, but I found the cover on mine had seized and I managed to trash the cover trying to open it.

So now I need to send it back
