Big Thanks to Ross Hemingway (V-plan)

Hullo all
Just ritin this email to say many thanks to Ross Hemingway over at V-planner,
I tried to get V-planner going on my new PDA and got EVERY STAGE of the process wrong, from entering my details to using the browser.
Ross (I assume it was he) fixed them all with numerous e-males wthout a complain't and I am very grateful.
The program is relatively easy to use, saves a fortune over the VR3
and works a lot better too (probably not when it's wet though) in execution.
