Unhappy Aladin Pro Nitrox computer

this last weekend I was at the Farnes.

On Saturday we did 2 dives the with nothing going wrong with ascent deco and safety stops etc.
Although this computer usually clears before my buddies we always stay down on safety stops to the worse case i.e. if one of our computer's says stop we do!!
On the second dive I watched it until I surfaced observed all stops saw it "clock" 61mins at the surface.

I then swam around on the surface for about 10mins while my buddy jumped back onto the RIB!!! and then I got on!
Since then the aladin has said Err which I guess is error !

I have checked the instructions and it doesn't mention this!!

can anyone shine a light on it???

Steven

It might be

I guess the messages are the same as the old Aladin Pro, soooo, I have had a similar thing happen, the battery has had it.

I posted a similar thread on here a few months back, stating that before the dive when the "ERR" appeared the battery life was aronund 60%. From the replies this seems to be around the normal % for a battery change.

Aladin Pro

I sent mine off the DiveQuip for a battery change, cost £37.50, but took a while to swap over, I beleive the guy does it on a part time basis around his "proper job". Also he had had a problem with refilling the compartment with oil.

But this was the cheapest place I could find, & he came recomended.

OOOps. I have a mate who is on his way to Norway (he's probably arrived now) to do a week on the Jane R. When he fired up his Vytec this morning, he got a low battery warning, so he rang me and I have lent him my Aladin Pro Nitrox, which said it had 49% left. Does this mean it's likely to Err on him when he uses it?
