It's not normally a problem for me, although it is slightly annoying being at 6.1m (because I have a 6.0m ceiling on the Shearwater) but can't switch the Suunto to 99% because I'm not at 5.7m. I've bent the Suunto a few times like this. Hmmm. Perhaps decoing on my side with arms outstretched and left hand below 6m and right hand above might be the answer.

| I think this is the answer to your problem sunntos RGBM tracks multi-day diveing and adjusts the M-values. Tim had dived earlier in the week and allthough the risdual Nitrogen was zero the RGBM had ajusted the M-Values resulting in the extra Deco. Quoted from suunto's RGBM pamphlet. Pre-existing micro-nuclei are excited into a higher energy state by diving (compression and decompression). They are thought to return to their normal energy level over time scales of days The Suunto RGBM multi-day factor calculates adjustments for a surface interval period of 100 hours. The combination of the correction factors is applied to the Suunto RGBM’s M-values thus reducing the permitted supersaturation gradient, which adjusts the required decompression obligation. | RTFM Did you have yours set to the same RGBM? Did you both have the same diving profile in the days leading up to this dive? Did you both have the same persional adjustments set? (...gobfish, while we are being precise, it's spelt S U U N T O, which is Finnish for 'direction' reflecting that the company started in business making compasses.)
