 downloads hello you all i have just got an aladin prime and i am having problems down loading dives from my phone to the home computer is there any easy way thank you adrian (addive)

| I took my old alladin tech back to an authorised dealer after I had the same problem. After sending off to be tested Alladin replaced it with a Tech 2G RESULT!!! Email alladin who will tell to take it to your local authorised dealer. Chris
