| I've had 2 VR3's for several years now...and the only problem I've had is to snap the case where the strap passes through on its second outing... DeltaP changed it for a new one by return....great service but spending £900 I'd expect it really... but again, I'd reccomend one to anyone.

| I'm thinking of getting a VR3 - but cannot justify the cost of a new one - but the only ones I've seen recently are V2.1CXR, how good is this version for somebody who dives nitrox but may go trimix later (Delta-P quoted £278 to upgrade software) ? Is there anybody who uses the large graphics and if so how good are they - old age catching up with my eye sight ? How good is the download software, say compared to Suunto DM ? Many thanks TonyD. |

| Buy a new one - or look for a 2nd hand colour one on here or rbw with the X1 out by liquidvision I think more may be sold, it will save you money in the long term. If you dont ever see yourself diving deeper than 60m ish get a VR2, does trimix and is slightly cheaper, you ideally want a comp thats only a year old. Probably cost 500-600 second hand. |
