| If you go to EAN setting and wait a few seconds, you will see how full the battery is by the number of black bars around the left hand side (between 6 oclock and 12 oclock) If there are fewer than 4 bars, get a new battery. Sending it to Suunto isn't cheap (£40 or £50 I think) but they fix it and send it back by return of post. The staff there are really helpful if you phone them: 01420 587 272

| you need to change it asap mate the battery will die soon and that could be in the middle of a dive . i left mine and it die just before the second dive ,so do it now .

| Ditto to the above, if its a bit iffy at room temperature then as soon as you get in the water, it gets a bit cold and has to start doing all its calculations and memory stuff then in will probably die, well thats what mine did anyway. Pete |

| And another ditto as above, mine had 3 bars of battery left at home and I jumped in Chepstow last January 6 degrees and it died. Do it now.
