VR3 showing 'missed stops' after battery change

I put a new Saft LS14500 3.6 lithium in each of mine and Nicola's VR3's on Saturday morning and got a ' missed stops' note on the main screen on both of them.

It hasn't gone away since (4 days later) and I have tried leaving the batteries out overnight to no avail. Has anyone come across anything similar?

Both are mono screen V5 software C4 (CCR Trimix)
