without downloading the new program, what is the difference to previous versions?

Apparently a new Dive Simulator, however I cannot tell you about it, the dive simulator bit doesn't work on my PC (XP SP2)...

The simulator function is much improved, and definetly better (I have no other simulator experience other than the previous Suunto ones).

Other than that it seems about the same really... The simulator has a 'nicer' and 'newer' GUI to it, shame the main GUI has not been updated in line with it.

warning - take backups
In my experience this software v2.3 at least is prone to getting it's database corrupt, and losing your data.

I'd advise taking frequent backups/exports if ou use it as your main log...

Clean install fixed my printing problem.

Only thing is i still cant tell it to NOT print the temperature/SAC graph (which as its a vyper is worthless because the computer only records max depth temp and doesn't do SAC at all).

Original V2s if you turned it off in the display it didnt print, sadly now that doesn't work. Net result is a much smaller graph than is ideal.
