VR2 Screen Guard

I was diving last week in water temperature of 0C, with the air tempature of around -15C and my plastic screen guard didn't like it one bit and broke on the first day.
I want to relace it with the stick on type that Delta make for the VR3. Just wondering if anyone else has done the same thing or something similar?

Dunno if temperatures have anything to do with it, but I broken one plastic guard and my buddy's broken 3. I'm using plastic book cover material on mine at the mo.

How does it stick on John? Is it adhesive, I'm just a little concerned that if I needed to change it at a later date it would mess the screen up beyond repair.

How did you fix it on Mary? See my response to John's post above.

Thanks

Rob

It has an adhesive backing they are easy to apply and are guaranteed not to scratch. You are supplied with a soapy solution which you spray onto the screen and the sticky side of the film and then slide it into place on the screen and squeegee (also supplied) away the excess solution and then let dry. (seriously I have no affiliation to ZAGG, I just think the product is fantastic, and I live in SA and have had prompt efficient delivery from them).

I doubt it would be a problem to remove the film from the screen should you want to.

As with the John's offering, its a self adhesive covering. Book covering material is probably thinner that the other stuff though.
