I have the customer ideas' one, it works fine with my vyper & vytec. more than happy to show you some time

If you are using the USB connection make sure you have downloaded and installed the latest USB drivers from the Suunto website. If you haven't that is usually what stops it from working properly.

Last time I downloaded the latest stuff from Suunto I ended up losing all the dives I had recorded onto my pc and needed to re-write the logs as best I could which was a major chore I am just happy I also kept a paper record in my log book.

I tried transferring the last 10 dives onto my laptop and yet again it isnt working and i cant be arsed now.

I got mine from ebay eBay My World - ummgamar
Just like the custom ones but it also works with the Vyper2.
It comes with the correct drivers as well.
It was delivered very quickly 4 days from ordering to delivery.

The USB drivers are separate from the actual SDM software and should not cause you to loose any dives from your log all they are there for is to tell your PC that the cable you just connected to the USB port is actually there and useable.
