| UWATEC GALILEO SOL Hi there does anybody out there have any experiences of the Galileo sol dive computer or heard anything good/ bad? Cheers. |

| I have one...My old Aladin Air X gave up the ghost and this was the only route to getting a battery fitted.....Buy one fitted in a Gallileo Sol!! I havent used it but from just looking over it and having a play it is a very easy computer to use and the display is large and easy to read. Sorry, cant offer much more than that oh, its really well built, feels like a lead weight in your hand! |

| I'm guessing this is a VR3 competitior? What deco model does it use?

Apparantly the Sol is to be given a software update that will allow the use of Trimix. The beauty of the computer is that the user can "upgrade" the unit when new software or updates are released and so long as they dont get ideas to charge for releases this is a very good way to keep the unit bang up to date. |

| A mate of mine has one and thinks its great! He got a good deal from SDS Sheffield. |

| Just bought one, as my trusty Vytec was getting hard to read without sticking it on a pole and holding it a foot away. Impressions so far very good - but, erm, I'll have a better idea when I have had it in the water.

The Galileo Sol is a terrific full-function Nitrox computer and the only one that integrates with your bodily functions. The Terra cannot be upgraded to be gas (and hence breathing) integrated. It uses a unique Buhlmann ZH-L8 ADT Reduced Micro Bubble, Predictive Multi Gas algorithm - with optional Profile Dependant Intermediate Stops.
