apeks quantum problem

does anyone know of a way to make sure the quantum cannot be accidentially changed by clippingthe button while kitting up.

ive dived with myn 3 times and twice its changed before i sank,
1st changed from 21% to 23%
2nd into guadge mode, ( thankfully on an ERD dive so had pre made plan)

please help.

Be carefull when kitting up then check your computer after kitting up then when in water check again change back before sinking

That's the only tip I have to offer as well. The next stage is ebay. My Cressi (which is more or less the same Seiko unit) doesn't have the same issue, the Suunto range are better still and have longer straps........

Don't leave it on the mix selection screen after you've set the mix. If you leave it on the log screen for example, you'd have to clip all 3 buttons in the right sequence to change the mix.

I've had the same issue with my Quantum, so now I put it on after I have kitted up and check the mode before jumping into the wet stuff.
