WLOG Vista issue?

I have been using WLog 2.0 software for my Aladin dive computer to download profiles to laptop, with the cheapy homemade interface. I also have the serial-USB converter; has worked perfectly for years

My new laptop, however, runs Vista, and I am unable to get the software to add dives no matter which port (USB) I use for the connection. It shows the dives downloading, but no list and therefor is unable to add them.

I emailed the WLog dude but haven't had a response,

can anyone shed any light on this?

Cheers

Graham
