Suunto D9 - are there different models?

Good evening sports fans!

I'm looking at getting a Suunto D9 and, in my everlasting quest for a bargain, have spotted a rather tempting offer "across the pond". Now, I'm *this* close to ordering it, sending it to a buddy in Boston (to avoid Irish duty ) but the pic on the site looks odd compared to the ones at Suunto and European stockists.

Does anyone know if there are different version / models of the D9 for the European and US markets or is the picture here just a crap one:

Suunto "D9" Titanium Bracelet Hoseless Air/Nitrox Computer Wrist Unit Only (no Transmitter) from LeisurePro.com

Looking at the above, it looks kinda nasty compared to here:

Suunto D9 Titanium (Without Transmitter) - Lucas Divestore

Thanks in advance!

Its the same computer, just different pictures.

I like my D9, the Titanium strap well that's a different question..

Not much use fro a drysuit user and got to be a pain for wetsuits too.

I like my rubber strap.

If your looking for a bargain I can sell you mine with Transmitter

The titanium strap is easily interchanged but is not intended for diving.

Yes, it is user changable and it's easy to work the menus as well. The titanium strap is a pain when diving, and is too much bling for most people...

I love mine to bits, think it has been assimilated onto my wrist...

With the d9 it all comes down to if you need air integrated.

the d6 is identical to the d9 in all software ways except no integrated air and it's not titanium.

I got my d6 from Cornwall including an interface cable for £399.

My vytec and vyper are user changeable with regards to metric and imperial even I can manage it. So I would imagine so is the D9.

There may be sales tax to add to the price. However every state has a different %.
Shops in the US always show the nett price and then add the tax at the till.
