Anyway, the message box is a javascript applet so I would assume that either Javascript has been turned off on your browser (see the security section in your browser), .js files have been blocked at the proxy server or your browser is screwed. I'd check your browser's security settings first and if you get no joy there then let me know and I'll take you through the other options.
