when i had systemworks installed on a desktop it slowed it down so much it wasnt so much surfing as paddling the net.
ditch most of what you can from the suite and keep antivirus and internet security .
crash guard ,antifreeze and disk doctor are not really that useful and cause more problems than they solve

YD slow ?
It peaks and troughs for me, sometimes slow, sometimes fine. I just put it down to heavy usage and my crappy dial up connection.

Generally it seems OK though....
