Still Confused: using web-text abbreviations on YD - HELP!

I'm still trying to get used to posting a reply to a thread, thanks to Mart's help I may soon crack it, so submitting a new thread may be tricky and apologies if I cock it up! I am trying (as I am often told). Can anyone help me with all of the abreviations please or is this something that I'm just gonna have to work out for myself and pick up along the way?
