Time Warp - where's me thread gone?

Is anyone else missing any previously posted Threads? When I logged on today I thought I had gone through a time warp and was looking at YD from 3 days ago.

And(y) replied to my PM saying he wasn't aware of any problems involving a forum restore from a backup. I thought quite a few posts had gone missing but I have subsequently found some.

I have read the DFC "sticky" but had nothing to do with that, that I am aware of, is it just me or has anyone else lost a Thread?

Also, my main forums page has become wider than the screen so I need to use the scroll bar to see the full width of the page.

Just picking up on this now and yes Finless, I've received both your PMs on the subject.

Can anyone give me an idea of the threads/themes they think they are missing and I can help try and locate them as, other than the publicly deleted/announced threads in the last day or so, I'm certainly not aware of any threads that have gone walkies, for any reason.

Anyone help shed any light or thinks they have a clue, feel free to post here in this thread so we can see a open and public audit trail of what they think has either been removed or gone missing.

Well/ the most noticeable one to me is that I appear to have lost my Erection - thread.

It is no problem if it is a pain to reinstate I just wondered if something had happened to YD or, although I couldn't figure out how, the post had got looped in with the DFC thing.

The last time I know it was "up and running" would have been about 17:40 on Thurs when I decided to leave work. I'm pretty sure the thread was gone by about midnight when I quickly logged on to YD.

I will go back and look at my Subscribed list etc to see if I can spot any others I remember.

Bren - apols for the reverse order of sending the PMs and, doubtless, confusing info given. Obviously you are expected to know what I am babbling on about. Sorry but this is further alien evidence - I don't think any human could have understood my PMs .

Is that like sewing thread because if it is I have some spare thread you can have.

What do you sew with your erection thread? and how big does the eye of the needle have to be to be able to get erection thread through it? Come to think of it (no pun intended), how big is the needle and how does it hurt if you get a pr*ck from it?
