Trip report in word

What is the best way to submit a trip report that is a word document containing a couple of pictures? For reasons that may become clear this will be best seen as a word document. File size will be about 1Mbyte when complete.

I could post this doc on to my personal web space-but I am something of a novice at web site stuff.

Word .doc files can be problematic to distribute on the net.
Not everyone has Word or the viewer
Using the wrong version can completely screw the appearance
Some / Many antivirus products will block .doc download as they can contain malicious macros.

The best method is to convert the word doc to HTML.
Perhaps the most straightforward method is to get the .doc converted to a PDF file. Pretty much everyone has Acrobat reader installed. You need something capable of creating PDF files though. Ask nicely and I might be able to help there.
Alternatively you could zip the .doc and FTP the zip file to your website, but your audience will have to download and unzip and have Word of the viewer installed, before they can see your document.

Ian,

I'd be happy to convert it to PDF if you want. PM me if so.
