Favourite Threads

Is there a way of bookmarking favourite threads on the forum other than subscribing or using your browsers bookmarks? I sometimes spot something at work that I want to read in depth later or find a thread with really useful information and other than printing I'm not sure how I can mark it for future reference.

What's wrong with using either of these two methods? If I want to come back to a thread at a later date I'll subscribe to it - I can always delete the subscription when I've finished with the thread.

you could use the Email this page function to send it to your home email account I suppose. But personally I would use the subscription thing....

I've used the subscribe tool on a number of threads and I guess I can live with the update emails being sent to me. It's just some other forum's (and forum software I've installed) has this feature and I wondered whether I was missing something

The subscribe to thread feature does what you want. You can select to have emails sent or not. It lists all the threads you subscribe to in your user control panel for later access. Best of all, it isn't computer dependent so if you look at the site from several locations, the information is available from all of them

Thanks Jay, I knew I was missing something and that was turning off the email send feature.
