Recovering images

Ok - need to be careful as to how I word this otherwise I'll get another solicitor's letter faxed to the Human Resources department at my work

We have tried to get the images returned to YD however the agreed date was yesterday and we received no DVD as previously agreed by email. I sent another email to the director of the company concerned and have not received a reply so there is nothing more I can do on your behalf.

I have, however, managed to trace the company concerned through Companies House - it appears to have had a name change earlier on this year however the director details remain the same as does the registered Head Office details.

So, anyone who wants to regain ownership of their images, please PM me and I will send you the relevant LINK from Companies House. I'd suggest sending a registered letter to the registered address of the company concerned requesting immediate return of your images.

I am also closing this thread as I wouldn't want any of you to have legal documents released to your employers as happened to me last week.

This is what got faxed and sent by post care of my employer. I am posting these as I have received a number of PMs asking why the original thread was removed. I have only blocked out the details of my employer.
