refresh forums every time ?

Dunno if it's me or my computer thingy.

But recently I note when I open a forum section, I get presented that forum as I last saw it and I have to refresh to see current page.

I guess it's my browser settings somewhere, but it does mean I dont see new stuff unless I remember to refresh each page - which is a pain.

Any clue what I've done ?

Bill....
