Question Serious question: Advice on Deco needed for 24 hours at 4m

If someone was intending to (for a good cause) "sit" in a pool on OC for 24 hours at a depth of no more than 4m how would they go about calculating deco time required ?

Should it be treated as a 10m dive in line with one agencies recommendation ?

Would it make sense to take regular O2 breaks during this time ? Any other strategies ?

Thoughts regarding this would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers in advance
Hoppy

No deco obligations!

But you would need to keep warm, hydrated and have some sort of nourishment and be able to complete your ablutions somehow....

Might be worth attempting something like:-

You are sitting at a single shallow depth. Run through your decompression theory and run some sims on your computer and any available software you have.
