I think the VR3 tries very hard not to bend you, (unless you are very silly!) on whatever level of safety you have it on, if you are going down to the plug hole then who knows ?.

Dive sensible and you will last for weeks! I no I have.

20% thats what I was reccommended to set it at ....so thats what I've done..had no problems so far. I've dived the VR3 next to a Quantum and a Stinger and they always come out very close, within a minuite or two of each other. hope that helps..its nice to have a comparison some times.
