Sorry for not chucking you in harbour,
"I'm still waiting to get chucked in the harbour...."

Maybe that will beocme a DIFF tradition for EVERY event if you are so dissappointed.

OR we could nominate a different victim each time or maybe introduce a DIFF initiation ceremony involving -
swearing the oath of allegience then
into harbour,
off boat
filling of glove/ hood/ boot ( hood ) with food dye ( or fish food )
Unless you have other ideas ?

It should definitely be the trip organiser who goes in first..
