Deco Disco

Hi guys

I need to ask this and am really embarrased but will ask anyway.

Now I aint much of a mover or shaker on the dance floor so was wondering if there were deco dance charts available...? Y'know the sort, like when the old folk do sequence dancing and follow the footsteps on the floor type if thing.

Problem is, I don't want to be doing say the locomotion or the hokey cokey and have me buddy think I am having a CNS Spasm at 5 metres and start dragging me up.

Oh, believe me. When I dance, it's uncanniliy like a CNS Spasm (not that i've even experienced or seen one)

Hey, now there's a new PADI course:

When you eventually progress to include deco stops in your dives I would recommend staying still and not arsing about.

Well, I know it's purely a safety stop at this level but I did post this message in the DiFF forum, no...?

So far I have seen the birdie dance and the damn busters theme. I might ass the can can to that list, now that would be a challenge wearing fins.

I was told gentle movements may help with the off gassing, it could of course be obblocks

"Walk like an Egyptian" is particularly effective. Vogueing works alright but Deco Singing is where it's at. "The Lion Sleeps Tonight" works well as does "Filthy" by the Scissor Sisters.

Gentle being the operative word. Vigourous movement can precipitate bubble formation as i understand it.

Or the hamster song.

Few years ago there used to be Game Boy shower gel for kids. Rubbish shower gel but they used to have water filled games on the front. Used to while away the minutes.
