Thanks for reminding me.

l had one of these behind some boxed in pipes, put some poison down. no more scratching sounds but a funny smell.

When l say one of these l mean it's bigger cousin.

It's when you put down traps and the one caught in the trap gets half eaten by its mates that it gets particularly unpleasant.

I had one of these once. She lived in a huge cage that cost me a fortune. The bloody thing could get the lid off, so I used to weigh it down with a bottle of vodka...... one night I finished the bottle. Got up the next day to find the bottle on the floor, the lid off an empty cage, and no hamster anywhere.

i often wondered what happened to it.

I don't have much luck with pets.

i got rabbits once. 2 of them. The shop assured me they were both female. However, i figured they had lied to me when I caught them shagging.


Sorry... i just thought i would share those tales with you so that you can take the PI55
