In that case you do not need to worry about O2 cleaning just the hydro/visual checks. O2 cleaning is only required if you are going to fill with nitrox (enriched air)

I've not paid over £40 for either a 12 or 15l without a test and I get them tested and O2 cleaned at Dive Cellar for about £25.

its all nitrox
its a percentage thing 21% <100%
or else its a mixed gas but thats more expensive
