I have 2 sets. an XTX100 with SEAC Diamond as Octo and an XTX200 with an Egress as Octo. I'm happy enough with them and have lent the XTX100 out and received a thumbs up from the diver I lent them to. Quite expensive but worth EVERY penny in my humble opinion and if you'd like to borrow either you're more than welcome, just send a PM. [Edit] PS: The wider exhaust on the XTXs also helps when hovering and just looking at stuff as the exhaust bubbles don't get in your way

As 1st stages Ive got a DST and a the one that comes with the 100. Neither are optimal for twinsets but do a decent job. If I was buying from new I'd go for the DS4/TX50 primary and DS4/ATX50 backup combo.

| If you're buying new - you may as well go for XTX - you might find the other stuff difficult to get hold of at the moment. There is a strong school of thought that says the MK25 being a piston design is a slightly better first stage than the Apeks DS4 Diaphragm and its probably right. I've never got on with Scubapro second stages personally - but it is a personal preference. I trust Apeks implicitly - it's always feels bombproof to me. I'd go for x2 XTX50's with DS4's and perhaps order the longer outlet pieces to avoid the bubbles issue - although that's never really bothered me on my ATX50's. Whether you go with Apeks DS4/ XTX/ATX/TX or Scubapro MK25 S/R - you'll be buying superb regs. Its probably slightly easier to get servicing and parts worldwide for Scubapro regs. HTH

| [quote=Buoyant Babe I have MK25s/S600/R390 for my twins.[/QUOTE] I have an identical ScubaPro setup to Helen for my twins. Wouldn't swap them for any other, they give a superb, easy breath.
