| Supposed to be an entanglment hazard and cover up possible corrosion, but having just watched Rick Stanton walking the walk he doesn't seem to worry. Sorry just realised this is on DIR , I retract all statments as I know nothing about it.edit

| cos they just want to be different. |

| They make cylinders stand up on their own when storing them. What good is that? |

| I think the real problem was American testing regimes that made cylinders very susceptable to rust under the boots and the boots then hid the deterioration. A booted cylinder was an unknown and hence suspect. |

| Hi I have boots on my single 12 ltr Fabers, and don't have boots on my twin fabers or any of the aluminium stage bottles. My simple answer is that the boots will not fit as my bands place the cylinders to close together and because of the thickness of the bands the boots would need to be trimmed. | 'Cos Doc Martin hasn't got round to designing a suitable model for twin 12s yet, Dave. I'll get my coat.... Dave your jokes get no better and I'm very disapointed with your new avatar. (Toon Army). Dave ![]()
