A not uncommon thought though .... so to the point the OP raised, Mark's advice is very helpful. There are a number of attributes of "table top flat" trim which only a knowledgable person in the water can advise on but to get the feel, lay on the floor with knees flexed and the inside of your elbows on the floor then look up to the ceiling using only your neck (don't push up with the elbows). That's pretty much the position so spend a little time to get what it feels like ...... it's much further "over" than one expects. HTH Mal |

| So....the fact that I am getting back ache from arching my back and headache from ramming my head against my 1st stage is a good sign? |

yes. After a while the position just becomes natural, but it does ache for a while. Cramp in the legs is pretty common until your legs adjust as well. |

| Cool...that and the fact I carried bergans for years and played prop at rugby... What about the 1st stage in the head? With the Eclipse, I do find the STA holds the tank higher than I'd ideally like. |

| Tilt the valves as in twinset stylee? I've got MK25 on my single - would appreciate some advice on configuring it to be more streamlined. Is easy with twins...harder on single I find. Hmmm...gonna find a friendly videographer to follow me around methinks! |
