Can anyone recommend where I can get a 7 litre aluminium stage cylinder from at a very reasonable price or perhaps someone has one they would like to sell me at an even more reasonable price?

Whatever you do, Don't buy a new UK spec Luxfer 7L ali. They are pants. Ridiculously heavy in fresh water.
