GUE Website
Does anyone know whether GUE have had some problems.

I ordered a couple things off the website a couple of days ago, and didn't receive a notifiaction. Thinking this was strange, I followed it up with an email to info@gue.com and still haven't had a response.

It's the first time I've ordered anything from GUE, is this normal?

I believe that everything is handled manually there. I ordered a few items last year and each time there was a pause before being contacted.

I ordered a DIR-F manual and heard nothing for a couple of days, then was contacted to say that it was out of stock but they arranged for it to be sorted out by a UK supplier.

A little while later, GUE contacted me to ask if I recieved the manual ok.

I am sure that the order will be sorted out.
