Hello boys... I'm currently standing in Gatwick baggage reclaim with Fraser - having had not much sleep on the flight.

Please check the weather today and, all being well, we'll see you all in Weymouth good and early for an 8am departure.

Martin, we'll be out all day on the boat, we're doing two dives but back in time for fills for sunday. My mobile number is on my profile if you need me - please pm me yours today.

Goodnight

OK Grahame is not too happy about the weather tomorrow and has offered us three choices.

Try tomorrow but accept that we may not get to dive.
Bin tomorrow but dive sunday (weather permitting - but looks OK at the mo.)
Cancel the whole weekend - refunds to those who have paid.

Given that some people will have booked hotels already I'd like feedback as to what you would like to do a.s.a.p. please. We'll go with the majority.

Personally I'd be happy with binning tomorrow.

I was going to be strugle for me anyway. Owen (one of the Sheffield DIR lot) was taking my place on Sunday. Shall I give him your mobile number?

Gavin

Well, it is cheap stuff and it comes almost from the local gardening store, but it works fine and it's very solid. We tried to destroy one by hitting it with a hammer... we succeeded but we really had to hit it hard - http://www.stde.ch/en/faq.php

Well since I've got to come down from cambridge, and have booked Hotel I reckon on seeing what it's like tomorrow and diving if possible. If not, Head over to Vobster for a splash. Rachael's vote is for this too.

Last weekend the weather forcast suggested that we'd not dive on saturday but might on sunday, and we had a cracking dive on saturday and were blown out sunday.

See Ya

J

OK - thanks for the messages, PMs and calls.

Weekend CANCELLED - Saturday is now definately out Force 6 - 7 forecast.

Fraser and I will go to Vobster tomorrow to readajust to english water temperatures so if anyone from the trip list fancies coming to get wet come say hello.

Like others we have a hotel room booked in Portland, so if the weather holds out we may well do the Salsette on Sunday - through Breakwater. There are currently 5 spaces left if any other team is interested plus other more shallow dives.

So the weekend is off!
The joys of diving in the UK. Quite fancied a dip in foriegn parts.
Never mind, best we all get together next June when due to global warming we can dive in 3mm wetsuits (if you feel the cold) or a rash vest. Water temp of 25 degrees, air temp of 30 degrees.

So start your cars, burn that oil, and dive in the warm.
