At the moment it looks like 28 people for the meal. Can anyone who is still going to cancel make their mind up over the next 48 hours or so, as I'll be getting a phone call to finalise numbers and pay deposits during the week.

If your name is still on the list on Wednesday I will assume you are going to be there and if you don't show, then I will expect you to pay the £5 for the conference room hire and £20 for the meal, otherwise I'll be out of pocket (and your days at YD become, well, er, tenuous at best )

Hi

I have now confirmed that the 27 people listed above are joining us for the meal. To remind you all the talk/presentation starts at 6pm and will finish at 7:45 pm. The hotel can then setup the meal and this will start at 8:15pm. It is a three course meal, delivered buffet stylee and costs £25, £5 for the conference room and £20 for the meal.

If anyone else fancies coming along then you are welcome but I can only add a few more now as I have confirmed numbers.

Look forward to seeing you all. It should be a fun weekend.
