EKPP presentation and dinner, Saturday 29th October 2005, Hinckley

Hi

I've decided to post this on a seperate thread to make it easier to organise. There will be a couple of new threads starting shortly with the diving and/or workshops for the Saturday and Sunday. The idea is you can pick and choose and the threads don't get too long and unwieldy.

The venue is the Comfort Inn Hinckley North. I have a maximum of 40 spaces available. Michael Waldbrenner, from the EKPP, has kindly offered to present the latest progress of the cave diving he and Reinhard have been up to. Michael is a great speaker and everyone enjoyed last years presentation (enough to ask him back anyway ) This starts at 6pm and at 8pm there is a three course meal.

The cost for the presentation room works out at around £5 per person. The cost for the meal is £20 per head. There is a bar available for drinks etc. I don't need money in advance but will collect on the night. I'm hoping that people will not let me down on the night

Last year this was very popular and everyone enjoyed it, non DIR as well as DIR divers. Please place your names on the list.

Very good speaker. The amount of effort that the EKPP put into the preparation for the long cave dives such as the habitat etc was truly amazing. Well worth listening too if you've even the vaguest interest.

He even admitted last year that the RB used wasn't DIR!!! (Some of the RB guys might be interested now )
