Another vote for XL, i use them with drysuit and wetsuit boots. There's a nice picture here...

I would go for the Scubapro Jet fins in a large my self. I have size 10/11 feet and found tose just a touch to small. My mate who has size 9/10 feet found them perfect. They are also top fins!
