When Suunto was bought by Amer, the boss of Amer remarked to Ari Lahtenmaaki, the then boss of Suunto, that he had never met a criminal until he was introduced to the diving business. In the first six months he reckoned he had met several!
It says something about diving that criminality seems to be OK.

As to an article about the diving trade, I already wrote it but I fear you will never see it in print, any more than you will see in print my investigation into the insurance business. (Every business needs insurance but is unlikely to get any if the wrong people are upset.)
