Dui Suits differences? TLS CLX

I'm just wondering what is the difference between the DUI TLS 350 and the
CLX 450. The tls is a bit cheaper and I presume the material is different. What about material durabilty and bouyancy characteristics? Is it worth spending the extra cash for the clx, if your spending a grand whats another couple of hundred quid..

I know the suits fit well if your sensible(not sure that's the right term)shape which I am, and I just want a descent fitting suit with none of that migrating air trouble. Let us know what you think.

I've had my TLS350 for nearly 12 years. If they are still made half as well it will still be a great suit (I hope so as they now cost twice as much). Really comfortable, doesn't leak. Hell I’ve gone through less seals on it than some other's in my club have entire suits.

Frogman is probably the man to ask about this as he's owned a CLX and has just sold it and bought a TLS. From what I understand he prefers the TLS - he reckons it offers much better freedom on movement.

Cheers
Al

Does seem like the TLS is the suit of choice for most people.
Thanks

Some of the DIR guys are into DUI, they may be able to help, Frogman as pointed out especialy.

I just got a "Protec" from Ian on the Wirral, it is a DUI copy of sorts, half the price and well made, may be worth giving him a call.

Rich Walker (GUE instructor) dives the CLX so he might be a good person to ask about it.

Graham,
Welcome to the board. You might want to post an intro into the appropriate section, just to the guys know what you have done and do.

Did you and Mr Mumford buy your suits as a job lot then? Actually, I think his DUI was used by the safety diver on the Ark!
