GUE website revamped + VPM Decoplanner

I see the GUE website has undergone a major makeover...

Got this earlier via Quest...

This exciting new site will vastly improve upon your GUE experience while significantly improving our ability to service your individual needs. The new site features an improved navigational interface and a sophisticated database, housing our courses, members, students and instructors. The database greatly simplifies your ability to locate and sign up for GUE courses including the ability to store your student records; these records can be modified and resubmitted prior to your next class, preventing you from filling out these lengthy forms multiple times. This launch is one of many exciting GUE developments for 2006."

I also note that GUE has launched a VPM version of its popular Decoplanner software...

"GUE is pleased to announce the release of an entirely new version of DecoPlanner. This new version allows remarkable flexibility in dive planning while maintaining the tremendous simplicity that has been its Hallmark. Divers can switch seamlessly between Buhlman, and either VPM A or B models, comparing the results quickly on an infinitely simple spreadsheet screen."

The revised Decoplanner has been out for several months; the website, on the other hand, is less than a day old. It's been a massive undertaking-- the old site had thousands of pages and many more images that had been sprawling out over the last seven years. Content is being edited and added back daily. The most significant difference is that if you are a student, all aspects of class management are now conducted through the website.

In all seriousness, is naked diving "approved"? I would have though a thin wetsuit or lycra skin would be the minum sensible thermal, and physical, protection required?

Site is much easier to navigate than it used to be though. Halcyon branding is also more prominent I think.

there's quite a few broken links dotted around the site - but i'm presuming that's becos content is being added back on a daily basis

& the price of joining quest is missing too!!! or is it free now?
