Check with Mark Powell before you ignore an Apeks wing on that basis, he uses the 60lb wing and it's very streamlined even with his twin 10's. And no the apeks wings do not have a pull dump.

I'll check it out later this year, I have some diving and training planned with him, might even suggest a swop for a dive. Not that I'm looking for a new wing, Reikimaster has an Evolve with my name on it that's waiting to get wet.
