if you are genuine,

What kind of things are you looking for in your DIR approach??? Remember DIR is more than just an equipment configuration, it will require you to do the GUE course(although this aspect is at the minute under argument). Why don't you just sign up for an DIR-F fundamentals course then i'm sure these questions will be answered. otherwise just check the GUE website(google it) and it will answer most basic questions

Been in touch with Rich a few times and he has invited me out, but finding it hard at the moment with work commitments, also can't afford the £400 for the course. So trying to find as much as poss on YD.
I have been selling loads of kit on ebay just to pay for my new 40lb Evolve.
and thats just the start.Sounds like you lot must be loaded.
Hope to get on the course next year.

We're talking about the SPG hose, not backup reg...

Surely you mean 24" as the HP port is not any closer for either type of first stage (if anything the HP port on the DS4 is closer) ... maybe it would be 22" for short arses like little pete

???

Tho i'm just a lowly DIRFer... maybe i'm wrong

Thanks

I have a 22" SPG hose which is just right for my twins + Legend regs. I also use a 24" hose for the backup cos 22" was just a little too short.

However 24" SPG and 22" backup works better for singles for me.

On the Mk20/25 the HP hose is at a better angle to come over the wing and down the side of the backplate and so you can get away with a slightly shorter hose.
