Helicopter turns and back kicks are easy. Once you know how.

To use Garf's recent phrase "There is no mystic sorcery about it".

If you can do the breast stroke kick with your legs - then reverse it. You are 90% there. The other 10% comes from the snapping back of the heels - the power coming from the calfs.

Helicopter turns: one leg in a back kick stroke - the other in the conventional forward stroke.

Its not hard. Just practice.

I have never accepted a kick-back in my life (partially on account of ethics and partly because I've never been offered any)

Oops may have misread the title

[quote=David;669745]ok ok ok its easy. I have spent hours and hours and hours trying to learn how to do this. /QUOTE]

I wrote that on 26-03-07

see only five months to learn how to do it, I must confess it took longer than I expected...

but now I think its a little harder than I did at first.

Son, you're going to have to make up your mind about growing up and becoming aircrew. You can't do both.

The aircraft limits are only there in case there is another flight by that particular aircraft. If subsequent flights do not appear likely, there are no limits.

Clare, there is an issue with your site as previously I have been able to view it but it comes up with an error now saying that I don't have permission to view this resource.

Regards
