| not a problem. back kicking in a pool without fins is just one of those things that just seems like it shouldn't work until someone shows you how. |

| Head down knees bent try not to let the water notice that your legs are moving backwards. Helicopter turns are easy. I have no idea how I do them though. I just do. Round and round and round. Wheeeeeeeeee!

| I remember on one Farnes trip, Gledders and Jamsie.... The lesson was carried out in the bar, and IRRC went something like.... horizontal trim, head down, knees bent, move fins like this, 12 ball corner pocket.... LOL, Paul |
