Fundies Kit Check

So getting read for fundies in the morning and just thought I would have a final run through on equipment- checking through I have

1 x O3 drysuit with shoulder zip
1 x Hunter drysuit with shoulder zip
1 x weezle
12 ltr twinset MDE valves customer diver bands and boots firmly in place
10 ltr twinset with SOS valves and CD bands
1x Customer divers backplate and wing
1 x zeagle jacket with integrated weight pockets
1 x VR3
1 x air integrated sunnto dive computer
2xApollo Bio Split fins
1 x helmet with lights
1 x JMD handheld light
1 x AP Valves DSMB with crack bottle
2 x poseidon regulators

all of which has been sold, sent to ebay, gone to other divers, as not appropriate kit for fundies-great to see all the mistakes of the past!!

Anybody else suddenly realised how much kit they have changed over the last few years?

Do they kick you off the course for wearing your dry suit and Weezle? I'm surprised.

Probably Not but I think it wouldn't help in reaching my valves

Was just thinking about how much kit I have changed over the past three years- almost enough to start my own shop!

Still very happy with the stuff I have now - though bio fins are great provided you don't want to turn!

Yes, good idea getting rid of these, you won't need them in your quarry diving career

Wassurp with DSMBs with crack bottles?

The only thing I can think of is if it somehow delivers gas when it shouldn't?

I can empathise ... only my Salvo torch is over 2 years old ..... pretty much everything else I currently dive in is under a year old

Good luck with the course.

Ah the kit list of shame game... Well the following kit I realised wasn't what I wanted:

Faber twin 10's, MDE manifold and CD bands
CD TDB twin bladder wing with bungee
Faber twin 12's
3L Pony (why??)
Poseidon Regs
3 Computers (inc a £600 Scuba pro wireless nitrox thing and a Cobra)
A Scubapro Drysuit - Neoprene (*utter* crap)
Force Fins
3 different lots of split fins
3 different single wings
Ankle weights
Suunto Navy 90 Light
Fami LED 50W
Lenser Frogman
Buddy dSMBCi
Northern Diver dSMB
Gators
CD Lift Bar
O'three Ri200 (actually a very good suit but I prefer trilam)
V4Tec Spring Straps
Delayed Aid dSMB
About 20 fecking dive knives

I'm gonna have to stop there as I'm depressing myself...
