DIR - a pain in the neck?
Just come back from a weekends camping and diving. After 4 or so dives I found that either the bungy cord or long hose was giving me a sore neck. It could have been the long hose pulling neck hairs out or the bungy cord rubbing. Any suggestions to make Hog wearing in a T shirt more comfortable?





Apart from 'get a hair cut' or 'wear a drysuit' of course.......

your diving in a tea shirt and you want help from us.......

we solve the problem by putting on undersuits and dry suits then adding kilos of lead.... does that help :-)

almost feel like giving you a red just because............ :-)

Wear a neoprene neck seal? - Just the seal so your neck is protected.

I guess if you are wearing a T shirt then a hood with a neck flange is out of the question.

suppose I could dive in a hoodie....do I need an ASBO first or does that come after?

Perhaps the answer is a diving polo shirt.

Having spent 2 weeks in Dahab with the same issue

I used one of those 'Buff' things you get (I know I am going to get stick for that) but it did stop the hairs being pulled out of the back of my neck too.

Son, you're going to have to make up your mind about growing up and becoming aircrew. You can't do both.

The aircraft limits are only there in case there is another flight by that particular aircraft. If subsequent flights do not appear likely, there are no limits.
